Myllykoski Paper's Products

Myllykoski Paper is specializing in  wood-containing coated and uncoated printing publication papers for rotogravure and offset printing. The main products are the uncoated SC paper grades MY GOLD and MY PLUS for offset and rotogravure as well as MY BRITE, the MWC grade for offset printing.

Part of the Myllykoski corporate philosophy is to realize innovation and vision together with  customers. Especially in product development this principle of continuous cooperation applies. A prime example of this is the successful joint development of SC paper grades. At the end of the 90's we launched M-Plus (nowadays MY PLUS), a unique SC uncoated paper which at that time set new quality standards in its product segment. The latest innovation as a result of the successful development work together with our customers is MY GOLD, a cost efficient alternative targeted at the traditional LWC end use area.

MY GOLD and MY PLUS, 45-80g/m², HSWO & ROTOGRAVURE

Uncoated MY GOLD and MY PLUS are the best choices for demanding printing applications, such as catalogues, high quality magazines and advertising material. Both MY GOLD and MY PLUS combine good optical properties, brightness, gloss and excellent opacity together with high bulk. The silk-versions with their matt surface are tailor-made to enhance the high quality and reader friendliness of the end product.

MY BRITE, (60) 65-90 g/m², HSWO

MY BRITE is a superior medium weight coated paper grade with a high brightness and gloss and an excellent opacity, which together create a perfect surface for demanding four-colour pictures and printing. Thus MY BRITE is best suited for top quality special-interest magazines and brochures. The silk and matt versions with their reader friendly surface properties are perfect options for lifestyle and hobby magazines. MY BRITE Silk and Matt in particular highlight the contrast between printed and unprinted areas, thus creating an excellent option for advertising material, whilst benefitting from a good stiffness enabled by high bulk.
